Daily Mail: 'Pool Want Chelsea Winger

Chelsea's Scott Sinclair is a wanted man by Ian Holloway, the Daily Mail are reporting.

The 22-year-old midfielder, who would suit Holloway's style of play as a left winger in a 4-3-3, is nowhere near Carlo Ancelotti's first team plans at Stamford Bridge after spending last season on loan at Wigan.

Sinclair, who has always impressed in the Championship whilst on loan at Plymouth, Birmingham and Crystal Palace, hasn't hit the heights many expected a few years ago in the top flight.

His blistering pace is something the Seasiders desperately need in attack, with the likes of Brett Ormerod and Gary Taylor-Fletcher not carrying that type of threat in the front three.

There had been rumours circulating that Sinclair was a Blackpool target over the weekend.

Whilst there is no way of telling whether these are true or whether anything will come to fruition, reports like this will give 'Pool fans some hope after a terrible pre-season in the transfer market.

No new faces have arrived at Bloomfield Road since promotion in May but it's Vital's understanding that Israeli defender Dekel Keinan will complete his move this week.

Angel Rangel's agent has said that his man wants a move to the Premiership too, so by the end of the week things could be looking a lot brighter. Trialist Malaury Martin could also be offered terms this week.

But for the meantime, whilst Sinclair on paper would be a good signing, nothing is concrete and nothing has happened with regards to players in as yet.
