Gow to the Wolves
The forward is discussing personal terms with Wolves after Rangers agreed a fee, believed to be £200,000 with the Molineux club for Gow.
The 26-year-old was signed by Simon Grayson on loan from Rangers on transfer deadline day back in August.
Gow scored his first goal for the club by lashing in a left foot volley from 20 yards to earn a point against Cardiff in the last minute at Bloomfield Road in October.
He went on to score five goals in ten league starts for Pool, including another last minute goal, this time to win the match at Watford by the odd goal in seven.
Gow's silky footwork had the Blackpool fans entranced and at other times frustrated when other players just weren't on the same wavelength.
The Scottish striker has the honour of scoring the last goal of Simon Grayson's tenure at Bloomfield Road when he secured a point against Swansea before Christmas.
But with Chris Iwelumo, Sylvan Ebanks-Blake, Andy Keogh and Sam Vokes all competing for a starting spot, Gow will have his work cut out to force his way into a side that is surely destined for the Premier League next season.
With Liam Dickinson back at Derby, there is a serious shortage of strikers at Bloomfield Road. This was illustrated with drastic consequences at Torquay with only Burgess and a barely match sharp Nardiello being Blackpool's only two strikers.
Simon Grayson signed four loan strikers in the first half of the season (Kabba, Aluko, Gow and Dickinson). I wonder how many more will arrive on loan this month?
