QPR 3 - 2 Blackpool

The Seasiders lost 3-2 in the capital at QPR and kept their Tuesday night hoodoo up, after a spirited second half fight back from 3-0 down was too little too late.

After just 11 minutes, midfielder Buzsaky lobbed a shot into the net over Paul Rachubka to give Rangers the lead with a total fluke.

Simon Grayson's team have created decent half chances, but their half was summed up when McPhee was put through and chose not to square the ball to Gary Taylor-Fletcher and instead the ball dribbled out of play.

Stephen Crainey has typified the 'Pool showing with some uncertain passing in his own box, and QPR added a second when Rowan Vine finished with his left foot diagonally across Rabs in goal.

At the break, and 2-0 down, 'Pool chose not to make any changes. Just two minutes into the second period and the game was all but over. A shocking Shaun Barker error allowed Martin Rowlands to score the third Rangers goal.

Then the substitutions came, with Southern and Morrell making way for Burgess and Fox.

A goal came pretty much straight away when Burgess finished neatly making it 3-1, and again a change followed a goal with Keigan Parker replacing GTF for his first appearance for months.

Straight away there was another goal! From a corner, Kaspars Gorkss had an effort go in, which meant it was now 3-2 and game on. Some thought it was a McPhee flick which diverted the ball into the net, but the press office gave it to Gorkss who is close to double figures for the season.

With 20 minutes left QPR threw on a defender to shore up the back four, and from then on in looked comfortable, despite our best efforts.

To compound our misery Preston won against Wolves and are now only one point away from us; Saturday should be very very interesting!

Tonight could have been so different, so onwards and upwards!
