Blackpool slip to the bottom four as yet another sending off see the Seasiders lose out to Huddersfield Town

Grayson shuffled his pack after Saturday's defeat to MK-Dons, Warrender and Blinkhorn came into the starting line-up replacing Taylor and Butler.

The turning point of the match came minutes before half time when Jason Wilcox was adjudged to of fouled David Graham inside the area. Wilcox was given a straight red and Chris Brandon smashed home the only goal of the game.

Despite only having ten men, a position that the Seasiders have found themselves in 3 times in the last 4 games, chances fell to Marcus Bean and substitute Kuqi, but neither were able to find the back of the net.

Blackpool: Jones, Warrender (Lasley 57), Edwards, Clarke, Wilcox, Morris, Bean, Southern, Prendergast (Kuqi 78), Murphy, Blinkhorn.

Subs Not Used: Pogliacomi, Vernon, Fox.

Huddersfield: Senior, Mirfin, Nathan Clarke, McIntosh, Smith (Holdsworth 48), Taylor-Fletcher, Collins, Worthington, Brandon, Graham (Abbott 84), Booth.

Subs Not Used: Rachubka, Schofield, Tom Clarke. Booked: Taylor-Fletcher.
