Blackpool V Huddersfield

Will Tuesdays clash against Huddersfield prove anything to management or fans of Blackpool Football Club? The answer is yes, it will. Since numerous signings being made by Larry in January, we hadn't come under threat in games until Saturday, the 3-0 drumming at the hands of the worst club in the league. Now we as fans don't know how this 'new' team will react to such a defeat. If we go out and win, its carry on as you were and forget MK. If we lose again, will doubt creep in as to whether we are back to same old, same old? Its a massive game for 'pool, but also Mr. Grayson.

Vital quotes:

'You hope it was one of those occasions' Simon Grayson talking about Saturday.

'We are looking for a big improvement' Simon Grayson

Blackpool Team News:

There are no new injury worries for 'pool although Keigan Parker and Marc Joseph are both struggling with hamstring strains. Keith Southern is now fit, after having a knock on Saturday. Tony Butler sits out through suspension.

Doubts: Keigan Parker and Marc Joseph (hamstring)

Out: Phil Doughty (leg)
Danny Coid (ankle)
Neil Wood (suspension)
Tony Butler (suspension)

Player to watch: Keith Lasley

His home debut, the Bloomfield Road faithfull will be anticipating a good start to his Blackpool career.

Huddersfield Team News:

Mark Hudson and Tony Carss miss the game, whilst Andy Holdsworth is back from suspension.

Out: Mark Hudson (ankle)
Tony Carss (hernia)

Player to watch: Chris Brandon

Always a threat, will the small winger cause the weak-looking 'pool defence problems? More than likely......
