By the time Blackpool kick off against Spurs this evening, they could be as low as 19th in the table. Worst case scenario? Yes, but also a reflection on the situation we find ourselves in with three games to go.
We beat Spurs 3-1 at Bloomfield Road earlier in the season; a repeat today would be tremendous.
Ian Holloway on speculation linking him to a move away from Bloomfield Road:
'Every day I've been at this football club I've tried to treasure it and polish the badge, and I haven't finished polishing yet.'
Spurs are without Tom Huddlestone and Benoit Assou-Ekotto, and are also likely to be without Vedran Corluka - all due to injury.
They join long term absentees Wilson Palacios, Alan Hutton, Ledley King and Jonathan Woodgate on the sidelines.
Hard to select just one player, but the thought of Bale coming up against Neal Eardley gives me jitters...
Blackpool have no injury concerns, although David Carney remains a long term absentee.
Spurs made a last ditch attempt to sign him in January, hopefully Charlie will show why today.
This is the 59th time these clubs have met. Tottenham lead by 30 wins to 14, with 14 draws.
Tottenham have won just one of their last 11 matches in all competitions.
Spurs have won only one of their last nine matches against promoted opposition.
Only one team have beaten Spurs at White Hart Lane in the league this season - Wigan Athletic, back in August.
Blackpool are seeking a first victory in nine games. They have not won since beating Tottenham at home on 22 February.
The Seasiders have picked up more points on their travels (18) than at home (17).
Blackpool have conceded 70 goals this season - more than any Premier League club. Last week's clean sheet was their first of 2011.
Keith Southern is set to make his 300th start for the club.
Bolton @ home next Saturday.
