Crewe vs. Blackpool

Gresty Road

Crewe V Pool

Pool look to continue their run of three matches unbeaten with the trip to Crewe this Saturday.

Crewe Team News:

Dario Gradi has bolstered his squad with the addition of Isaac Osbourne on loan from Coventry City. The midfielder has been brought in due to injuries to Michael O'Connor and Tony Grant. Full back Darren Moss is also out of the fixture after having an operation on a hernia this week.

Player to watch: Nicky Maynard

Crewe are known for developing young talent and it looks like Dario Gradi has uncovered another in Nicky Maynard, the striker has hit 9 league goal so far this season making him the railway men's top scorer.

Blackpool Team News:

Simon Grayson will be forced to make a change to his starting eleven once again with Danny Coid being ruled out with a knee injury. Coming in for Coid will be new loanee Carl Dickinson who signed on loan from Stoke this week.

Apart from that Grayson has no need to change things around, but might be tempted to play Ben Burgess who is rater 50-50 after a hamstring strain.

Player to watch: Shaun Barker

Over the past few weeks Barker has cemented himself into the right back slot and in doing so become an early season contender for player of the season.
