Good to read. A young lad being guided superbly by dad and sir Holloway. Seemingly both feet on the ground and although expecting to break the first team from the off, he has been introduced and acclimatised over the season. Excellent man management coupled with a great attitude by tom. If everything goes on track he is going to be a superb player in the not too distant future.dare I say on current form he is putting Matty p in the shade a bit? Hopefully we can keep hold of both regardless of Saturdays result. |

| Certainly puts Mr Phillips in the shade ATM. It has been a complete shift in power as far as I'm concerned. Let's hope they both fire on Saturday! |

I feel that 70% or 80% is belief. In Tom Ince we have a tremendous young player with a tremendous desire, attitude and willingness to learn.
Come what may Saturday we have an ever evolving football club which is changing for the better from top to bottom. We are now an established, decent Championship team at worst. We can now pick up the likes of Kevin Phillips and bring on young promising lower league players, and are also respected by the big boys to bring on their fringe players, Shelvey, Coleman, McManaman, Dicko etc.
What a difference to what we were a few years ago missing out on loans and permanent signings because we we dreadful.

| Husband has failed to make the cut but if only 2 or 3 of the others make the grade we'll be nicely placed to evolve further. My money is on Barkhuizen to make the greatest impact. |

And if does make it my work pal who coached him on Kingscote Park in Layton will be very proud!

| Wouldn't it be great to have another genuinely home grown youngster breaking through? |

I watched the match and though the same, the commentators were mocking his shorts ,and size but he was a whippet.Looks one for the future. |
