'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Money, Money, Money

That’s right kids, ‘Win a player’ is back and now there will be two runner up prizes so the price fund will be spread out a bit. As well as one team winning £250,000 up for grabs is two £50,000 prizes.

Also if your name is picked from entries, which last year topped the 1.1 million mark, you’ll be able to cash in, £10k for top prize and £1k each for the two runner up prizes. The format is the same as last year, you can enter once a day and there’s the added benefit of this not having to enter your details over and over again as the website now saves your information.

Last year Brighton who quite ironically used to be sponsored by Skink Records picked up the quarter of a million, with the winnings they bought Colin Kazim-Richards from Bury.

At the time of writing the Pool stand in 21st position with 241 votes, at the top is Sheffield Wednesday with 2,125 votes and Carlisle prop up the table with a massive 0 votes, well done to them.

So it’s your chance to make a difference, it only takes about two minutes to complete and there’s also the chance that you might win some tickets to the world cup which would be nice.

And just a final thought if Owen Oyston is still doing the buy a player fund, a £250,000 contribution would mean the big fella would have to cough up £750,000 which would be nice. Pity the draw is to made in April as by then the Oystons could be a distance memory.
