'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Top Dog

Barker who has won many plaudits this season since his summer move from Rotherham picked up the sponsors man of the match in the Scunthorpe win. Barker rounded off his performance with his fifth goal of the season, heading in from close range.

He was selected in his preferred position of right back in the team of the week, also in the defensive line up is Alan Tate who faces Pool for Swansea on Saturday.

Barker is one of the favourites to pick up player of the year awards soon, in our player of the season vote Barker is currently in third place behind Evatt and Morrell on 27%. If you want to change this then get voting!
