Clubs Wait On Blackpool Forward

Clubs Wait On Blackpool Forward

Blackpool forward Bright Osayi-Samuel continues to be linked with a number of clubs at higher levels with All Nigeria Soccer claiming he DOES want to leave Bloomfield Road in the summer.

However, a clause in his current contract that allows us to extend his deal - which would expire in the summer otherwise - might scupper any Premier League or Championship move.

Sunderland, Aston Villa and Brighton have all been credited with interest with Premier League sides Arsenal, Tottenham and Everton reportedly sending scouts to watch Osayi-Samuel regularly this season.

Despite Osayi-Samuel being interested in taking up one of these offers Blackpool aren't going to give him away so that contract option will be taken up whatever the forward wants.

It wouldn't mean the forward will be at Bloomfield next season though yet it would leave Pools in a strong position to negotiate the fee we want. But this asking price could put these would be suitors off.
