'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Tonight in the Championship

Blackpool finally did their bit last night to start their revival with a win at home against Millwall and all but one of last nights results went for them last night, the only game going against Blackpool being Doncaster beating 10 man Watford 2-1 in the dying minutes of the game.

Tonight the other half of Blackpools relegation rivals are playing, some against top of the league opposition. So who is playing tonight..

Birmingham v Burnley- Burnley will be looking to close the gap on top of the league Leicester, Birmingham can go above the Seasiders with a win.

Blackburn v Bournemouth - Bournemouth need a win to pull themselves closer to safety

Charlton v Huddersfield - Charlton can move to withing one point of safety and up to 22nd with a win, Huddersfield just looking to consolidate a mid table finish.

Wigan v Sheff weds. - Wednesday can pull 4 points clear of Blackpool and a win for Wigan can strengthen a playoff bid.

Out of the above teams, Blackpool will be hoping for Burnley, Blackburn, Huddersfield and Wigan win to keep the gap between themselves and the bottom three.

One noticeable team at the bottom who may just have recieved a massive lift will be Charlton. With 5 games in hand on the Seasiders, the Charlton hierarchy have handed control of the team to new manager Jose Riga.
