Last Time Out

Last time out at St Andrews, Blackpool held Birmingham to a 1-1 draw. Kirk Broadfoot headed in Blackpools equaliser 16 minutes from the end of the game to rescue a point for struggling Blackpool.

After a turbulent season Blackpool were struggling at the bottom of the championship, and were looking for the points to secure their safety in the Championship.

Curtis Davies had given Birmingham a first half lead before Kirk Broadfoot headed home 16 minutes from the end of the game.

Blackpool did have to suffer a late scare through as Wade Elliott missed a late chance to give Birmingham all 3 points.

The result meant that Paul Ince had now gained 3 points from his first four games in charge as Blackpool Boss.
