'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Something Or Nothing?

Tom Ince continues to be linked with a Blackpool exit this summer but his father, and the clubs boss, has claimed it would require "a ridiculous offer" for them to part with him.

Paul Ince told the Blackpool Gazette: 'We knew there would be a lot of interest in Thomas and that's proving to be the case but speaking to him, he will be happy to come and play here again. I'm not saying he doesn't want to go and play in the Premier League because I know one day he will.

'If we can keep him for the next 12 months, then it will save us from looking elsewhere.

'We'd like to keep him but if someone makes a ridiculous offer we'll have to look at it. Fingers crossed he'll be here again next year.'

By doing this Blackpool run the risk of losing the winger for next to nothing next summer when his contract ends, so it's now a case of "something or (literally) nothing" for the Tangerines!
