Men In Black

This week K Woolmer officiates Blackpool`s home game against Millwall and he shall be looking to prove he`s a good ref also, as recently there`s been a high standard of refereeing at 'Pool games.

The Northamptonshire based referee has taken charge of 29 matches so far this campaign which includes seven Championship clashes.

His biggest fixture in the 06/07 season has been Ipswich Town versus West Brom, a game Town lost 5-1 at Portman Road.

Woolmer has been the man in black twice at 'Pool games. Last season we drew 0-0 at home to Brentford and the season before lost 3-2 to Sheffield Wednesday as he refereed.

Hopefully the standard has improved for the rest of the season!

I can think of a more appropriate surname beginning with a W and ending ina er than Woolmer following his efforts today. Onwards + Upwards
