Sky Move Opening Day Fixture

Blackpool's opening day fixture away at Hull City has been moved for television coverage.

The Seasiders now travel to the Tigers on Friday August 5th instead of the Saturday, with the game a 7:45 kick off.

The decision means that Pool's first four games of the 2011/12 campaign have been moved.

The Carling Cup tie at Sheffield Wednesday is now on Thursday 11th, which means home games against Peterborough and Derby County have also been put back a day.

Ian Holloway's side won't play a Saturday fixture until three weeks into the season and staggeringly will be not host a Saturday game at Bloomfield Road until September 10th when Ipswich Town are the visitors.
