Sky Sports: Reid Training With 'Pool

In the last few minutes, Sky Sports News have broken the news that Sunderland winger Andy Reid is at Squires Gate this morning training with the rest of the Blackpool squad ahead of a potential move to Bloomfield Road.

The 28 year old winger was linked to a move to the Seasiders over the weekend; rumours that appear to be correct.

Reid began his career at Nottingham Forest, before moving onto Tottenham, Charlton and Sunderland. Since October he has been on loan at Championship side Sheffield United.

It is unclear at present how any deal would break down, but another attacking option on the flanks would be a very welcome addition at the club.

Sky also report that 'Pool skipper Charlie Adam is at training with the side this morning as well.
