Holloway To Sign New Blackpool Contract

Ian Holloway is expected to sign a new contract at Bloomfield Road in the near future, Blackpool Vital understands.

This comes after days of internet rumour saying that the promotion-winning boss could be leaving the club.

But the former Plymouth and Leicester manager is set to pen a new deal, despite turning down Karl Oyston's first offer.

The Chairman is filing a negotiated contract offer, where a compromise about pay seems to have been reached.

Ollie is currently down with his family on a break and will be meeting with Matt Williams tonight in Bristol for an informal chat whilst the Secretary completes a charity tour around the country.

The fact he's currently in Bristol dispels rumours that Ollie had 'stormed out' of Bloomfield Road on Monday.

All untrue and expect him to be back next week and signings to begin very shortly.
