Villa's Bannan Loan Deal Extended?

Barry Bannan has extended his loan deal at Blackpool until the end of the season, according to the Blackpool Gazette.

The Aston Villa midfielder has been in sparkling form on the wing for the Seasiders since joining in November.

The finer details of the move aren't yet completed, but it's thought that he will be staying at Bloomfield Road.

With his contract up at the end of the season, it puts Ian Holloway in pole position if he does want to sign the youngster permanently.

Bannan's last game was supposed to be this Saturday against Coventry City.

Brilliant young player (As a Villa fan I have seen him play in youth team and reserves). With NRC out for three months and Petrof not 100% fit he is needed back at Villa. Big mistake by MON if he lets him go. Have watched Blackpool recently because of Bannan and you have a decent team. Good luck for rest of season.
