Bangura Signs Permanently

Al Bangura has signed for Blackpool permanently after an initial spell on a non-contract.

The former Watford midfielder made his 'Pool debut in the 4-1 win over Wigan last week and impressed manager Ian Holloway enough to be offered a one year deal with the option of another.

Although his passing could come into question in the long term, Bangura's ability to break up play could lead him to become a fans' favourite at Bloomfield Road.

Whether or not the Seasiders make anymore signings before the 5pm deadline today (in just over an hour) remains to be seen, with the club reported to being keen on a European striker.
