'Pool Pair Make Actim Top 100

Seasiders pair Paul Rachubka and Shaun Barker have been rightly recognised for their outstanding seasons.

Both scooped player of the season awards at the club last week, and are likely to sneak into FourFourTwo's top 50 players outside the Premiership when that list gets published.

But they've been statistically placed in the top 100 players in The Championship this campaign, thanks to the Actim Index. Barker finished in 47th in the index, and Rachubka ended up just ahead in 40th.

The Actim Index is the official player rankings system for the English Premier League and the Football League Championship. It is statistically proven to identify the best players regardless of position by taking into account positive contributions within a game, as well as team results.
