Adam Makes Championship Team of the Week

On loan star Charlie Adam has made the Championship 'Team of the Week'.

The central midfielder - who scored a delightful chip to seal a 2-0 win for The Seasiders over fellow strugglers Norwich City - ran the midfield alongside Keith Southern, totally bossing opponents Sammy Clingan and Darel Russell in that department.

Adam, who was playing in only his second home game for 'Pool, showed the type of passion from the central area that has been missing for the majority of the season - topped off by his wild celebration, running towards the North West corner punching the air.

The 'Team of the Week' looks like this:

Hennessey (Wolves)
Naughton (Shef U) - Johnson (Cardiff) - Berra (Wolves) - Queudrue (Birm C)
Kebe (Reading) - Adam (B'pool) - Danns (C Palace) - Cowie (Watford)
