Seasiders swoop for Man City midfielder

The 21-year-old has initially signed for one month and he will go straight into the squad for Saturday's trip to Crystal Palace.

Marshall is highly rated at Manchester City and is a regular in the City reserve team where Tony Parkes and Steve Thompson have been keeping an eye on him.

At just over six feet tall, Marshall will add some much needed physical presence to the centre of the Blackpool midfield.

Marshall put in a man-of-the-match performance in City's reserve win over Newcastle on Tuesday, convincing the coaching staff that he fit the bill for Blackpool.

Marshall will wear the number 28 shirt on Saturday and he could start against the Eagles.

Look after him he is a very promising player.

Agree with Alphie, I hope that he does well for you and perhaps you will take him for the rest of the season, but he is promising and we will want him back a better player.
