Webcam At Bloomfield Road For Groundwork

Blackpool FC have installed a webcam at Bloomfield Road to keep fans informed of the development of the impending South Stand.

The official site reports that a large part of the piling work has been done, but that there is a long way to go in the building of the (Sir?) Jimmy Armfield stand.

It is not known whether the new stand will be used to house away supporters or not - let's hope they keep the Gene Kelly for that!

Lets hope they keep the Gene Kelly for away fans, and keep the Kop for the home fans. Afterall, it has been our Mecca of noise since it was erected, be stupid to move the fans there (including myself) to alternate surroundings, particularly if there was no guarantee of a like-for-like seat-swap into the new stand!!
