Giant Flag Set For Debut

This Saturday's Championship fixture at home to Charlton Athletic will not only see home debuts for Kyel Reid and Liam Dickinson, but also the new giant Blackpool flag, paid for by the fans, for the fans.

It is expected that the flag will stay on the Kop and lifted aloft before the game.

Organiser Mick Page was joined by Frank Knight at Squires Gate training ground last week for a photo shoot with the players. However, winds picked up - as they so often do there - so photos were restricted.

The flag, held by manager Simon Grayson below, will be in attedance at every Seasiders home game.
