Hoolahan called up to Ireland squad

With the recent change of management of the international team in Ireland new manager Giovanni Trapattoni has named a preliminary 40-man squad for the two matches which includes Hoolahan.

The Dublin born winger played three games for the under-21's and one game for the B squad last November against Scotland.

Trapattoni will cut the squad from 40 to a reduced to 28 in early May.
