Men In Black - Taylor

A.Taylor was the referee for Saturday's 0-0 draw away at Crystal Palace, and dished out five yellow cards, but how did our forum members think he fared?

I believe he was from Manchester, I wonder if that had any bearing on his decesions? Does the 30 mile rule still apply these days?
