Gillett In...Jamie Out

Gillett In...Jamie Out

Long term Blackpool target, Simon Gillett has signed for The Seasiders on loan, as Jamie Burns makes his Bloomfield Road exit.

Gillett has signed for Simon Grayson's men until the end of this season, according to The Gazette. The Southampton midfielder is widely expected to solve 'Pools right hand side problem, a place normally occupied by Adrian Forbes.

Gillett spent a few months at Bloomfield Road, playing 14 games and scoring twice. He then moved onto Bournemouth where he scored once (against us ironically!) in seven games whilst on loan.

In other news on the eve of transfer deadline day, winger Jamie Burns has moved to Conference side, Morecambe on a permanent basis after a successful laon spell at Christie Park. We wish Jamie good luck in the future.

So, that's Gorkss, Evatt and Gillett all signed this month. Who's next? Rumours are circulating that The Tangerine's are in for former loanee Andy Taylor from Blackburn on a permanent deal.

A good loan signing pity we can't make it permanent and I am sure the club is not to blame for once. As to Harold good luck to you.
