Dicko Signs At The Seaside...

Simon Grayson has made yet another loan signing to bolster his squad with the one month loan of bright prospect, Carl Dickinson from Stoke City.

The 19 year old left back has been brought in to cover for the injured Danny Coid, and with the length of the deal, probably gives the fans an inkling as to how long Coidy is out for.

The Potters` trainee has made six starts for his parent club, four of which being this season. He is expected to go straight into the Seasiders` squad on Saturday.

Confirming the move, the director of football at Stoke, John Rudge said to the official site "Carl is a young player with great potential who is improving and he needs to play games to get experience." He went on to say that "His chances have been limited this season, so this move represents a great chance for him to play regularly at a good standard."

At 6'1, "Dicko" is another big lad at the back, hopefully he has the pace as well.
