Brentford away

Pool will face a long trip to London for the opening game of the season to manager less Brentford. The following Tuesday see the visit of the leagues big boys Nottingham Forrest.

Northwest rivals Oldham come to Bloomfield Road on 16th of September with the return trip being on the 6th of January.

Boxing Day sees the visit of newly promoted Carlisle and the season campaign will end with Scunthorpe at home.
