Reserves 1 - 2 Wrexham

Reserves 1 - 2 Wrexham

Wrexham took an early lead through Mike Williams, Cabbar Bagdagi got the Seasiders back on level terms only for Jonathan Walters to grab a winner in the second half. The two trialists that appeared were Abdel Tarek and Nick Linford. Tarek was released by Blackburn this season, Linford was released by League Two outfit Bury.

The reserve also named one player that you’d have trouble find out past footballing history, semi-professional and Pool fan Keith Brady.

Brady, 34 won the competition to earn himself a place in the Seasiders squad. He bid more that £2,000 and now is a fully registered player and made a cameo appearance in this afternoons reserve match.

The Blackpool-born midfielder now resides in Sweden and has been training with the squad this week. Keith was given the number 53 shirt and will now appear in the match program as a registered player.
